Se pare ca are un stapan ( carui-ai cam place sa bea ) care-l lasa din cand in cand legat ( nu am reusit sa aflam de ce). Cert este ca domnul care ne-a sezizat acest caz ne-a promis ca se va interesa de soarta catelului si ne va tine la curent. 

Acest catel a fost legat de catre stapanul lui de un grad si lasat acolo. Ii e frig, nu are libertate de miscare, adapost, ci doar o coaja de paine.

It seems to have a master (the kind who likes to drink) that lets him occasionally bounded (We could not find out why). The fact is that the gentleman who noticed us promised that he will be look into this and will keep us informed.

This dog was tied by a fence by his master and left there. Persoana care ne-a sesizat cazul l-a intalnit pe acest ‘stapan’ care nu a recunoscut ca l-ar fi abandonat, a spus ca il mai lasa acolo.. Ce sa faca catelul acolo singur, nu stim, dar e clar ca are nevoie de cazare temporara. Catelul sta acolo de ceva vreme, si risca sa inghete de frig. Ajutam cu mancare, deparazitare dar va rugam sa ne ajutati cu un loc cald unde sa stea. 

Daca aveti cum sa il tineti cateva zile va rugam sa ne contactati la asociatia.robi@gmail.com. Acest catel nu stie sa se descurce singur pe strazi.. si poate fi atacat de alti catei. Fiind legat de gard, nu are multe sanse.It’s cold for him, has no freedom of movement, a shelter, only a crust of bread. The person  ho asked us met the ‘master’ who  didn’t recognized that he abandoned the dog, just said that sometimes he leaves the dog  there ..

What is the dog doing there alone, we don’t know, but it’s clear that he needs temporary accommodation. If the dog stays there longer, it is likely to freeze. We can help with food, deworming but please help us with a warm place where to stay. If you like to foster him a few days, please contact us at asociatia.robi@gmail.com. This dog doesn’t know to handle alone on the streets .. and can be attacked by other dogs. Being tied to the fence has no more chances.
