Tara piere si baba se piaptana, spune o vorba din popor sau altfel spus draga Timisoara cati caini si pisici detin locatarii in imobilul personal ar fi trebuit sa fie ultima ta grija. Prima grija ar fi trebuit sa fie sterilizarea obligatorie deci modul de detinere si nu numarul animalutelor. 

De ce spunem asta?

Aceasta noua masura nu are nicio legatura cu rezolvarea problemei cainilor fara stapan asa cum s-ar putea crede ci este o masura care invita cetatenii la abandonarea animalelor pe domeniul public ceea ce nu si-ar putea dori niciun om cu mintile intregi.
Timisoara ai o mare bila neagra. Aceasta masura nu ar contribui nici macar la linistea vecinilor pentru ca poti avea 10 pisicute intr-o casa curata care n-ar deranja pe nimeni si in acelasi timp poti avea un caine care urla non stop si pe care vecinii trebuie sa-l suporte pentru ca deh…nu incalga hotararea de a detine un numar de animale.

Conclusion:

This new measure has nothing to do with solving the problem of stray dogs as they might think, it is a measure who is calling the citizens to abandon animals on public domain, an idea which a normal person totally disagree.

Timisoara, you have a big black ball. This measure would not contribute to the neighbors’ peace because you can have 10 kittens in a clean house that would not bother anyone and at the same time you can have a dog howling all the time and the neighbors should endure it  …  because do not violate the decision to hold a number of animals.
