In timp ce autoritatile inventeaza cele mai aberante solutii pentru diminuarea numarului de caini cum ar fi propunerea de amendare cu suma de 5000 lei a celor care hranesc cainii fara stapan, proprietari iresponsabili continua sa abandoneze animale fara teama vreunei amenzi desi pentru aceasta infractiune numita ABANDON exista articol de lege si pedeapsa pe masura : INCHISOARE, conform Legii nr 9/2008 privind protectia animalelor. While the authorities are busy inventing the most absurd solutions to reduce the number of stray dogs, for instance trying to pass a law to fine (5000 RON) the people that feed the strays, irresponsible owners continue to abandon their animals without fear of being fined at all, even though for this crime called ABANDONMENT there is an article of legislation and a right punishment: PRISON, according to the Law for the protection of animals no 9/2008.
N-am vazut pusa in practica nicio amenda macar pentru aceasta infractiune si e de neinteles de ce autoritatile nu se straduiesc sa rezolve mai intaii aceasta problema vitala pt micsorarea numarului de animale fara stapan.

Dar pana se vor trezi autoritatile si vor face ceea ce trebuie sa faca, micutii acestia au nevoie de stapani responsabili asa ca daca va place vreunul dintre ei va rugam sa ne contactati la : asociatia.robi@gmail.com.
We never saw this law enforced, not even with a fine, and we cannot understand why the authorities aren’t trying to solve this problem first, as it’s of a vital importance in any attempt to reduce the number of strays.
