Cititi si va cruciti!Read it and weep!

Iata de ce am tot cerut autoritatilor sa ia masuri de protectie si pentru pisici. Pentru oameni ca persoana despre care veti citi mai jos se impune :
– identificarea si inregistrarea obligatorie a pisicilor cu stapan si
– sterilizarea obligatorie a pisicilor cu stapan ( desigur cu exceptiile de rigoare).
Parerea voastra care este?
Ce ar trebui sa pateasca aceasta „doamna” pentru cruzimea de care da dovada?

Here’s why we kept asking the authorities to take protection measures for cats too. To prevent people like the person below to act the way she does, it’s necessary to make these measures mandatory:
– to identify and register all owned cats and
– to neuter owned cats (of course, with the obvious exceptions)
