Situatia in adapostul de caini „Unirea” din Braila este dramatica. Ca mai peste tot la noi, adica chestie generala in toate adaposturile publice din tara noastra, banii se sifoneaza la greu, animalele sufera si sunt batjocorite mai rau decat in cele mai terifiante cosmaruri.

O relatare plina de tristete, ce mi-a sfarimat sufletul, si care descrie cumplita tragedie ce are loc in prezent in adapostul Unirea, dar si de multa vreme, mi-a facut-o prin e-mail, o tinara de 16 ani din Braila, Dia, aceasta fiind nevoita sa ajunga acolo, pentru a salva un suflet nevinovat dorind sa-l scape, sa-l revendice, din ghearele iadului.

The situation at the dog shelter Unirea Braila is dramatic. As mostly everywhere in Romania, a general situation in our public shelters, the money disappears when it comes to use them for the benefit of the animals collected. The animals are in great pain and suffering worse than nightmares.

A story full of sadness that broke my soul and that describes the tragedy that’s happening at the Unirea Shelter for a long time. The story was e-mailed by a young 16 year old girl from Braila, Dia, who had to go there to save an innocent soul, to escape him, to take him away from the claws of hell.

Iata aici povestea dureroasa a experientei pe care a avut-o acesta adolescenta, si pe care a marcat-o sufleteste cu siguranta pentru toata viata:

„In satul Unirea exista un ansamblu de cladiri asa numit adapost de caini comunitari. Inca inainte cu 1 km sa te apropii de cladiri te intampina un miros infect de mizerie si carne stricata. In cladirea in care am avut acces erau niste”celule” mici,mizerabile iar pe jos era mocirla si in aer un miros infiorator.Toate geamurile astupate,o bezna totala. 
Numai din lumina din dara usii aveai ocazia sa vezi in fiecare „celula” 10-20 de caini in a caror ochii se citea disperarea. Majoritatea,in special in parea dreapta,erau caini bolnavi,uzi,murdari de excremente. La o privire prin celule nu era nici un castron de apa,de mancare nici nu putea fi vorba:NICI MACAR O BUCATA DE PAINE. Erau sortati femele la femele,catei mici la catei mici si masculii cu masculii.
Daca esti om si ai norocul sa iti iei un caine de acolo vei lua in brate un ghem de blana plin de mizerie,cu infectie la asa zisele operatii de sterilizare.Vei tine in brate un ghem speriat,flamand,insetat si mutilat pe viata. Il iei,privesti in ochii oamenilor aceia si te gandesti care sunt oameni si care sunt caini si pleci multumit ca ai reusit sa-ti recuperezi slufetelul.
Apoi afli cu stupoare ca orice caine iese pe acea poarta este condamnat la moarte. Sunt infestati,probabil voit, cu hepatita C sau javra si cine stie cate alte boli. Si sa tinem cont ca pentru adoptia unui animal de acolo este nevoie sa faci zeci de formalitati catre directie publica. E trist dar poate glasurile mai multor oameni vor reusi sa rezolve ceva si poate chiar dumneavoastra reusiti acest lucru.

Catea” sterilizata” de Primaria Braila, reoperata la un cabinet particular. Este una din multele catele asa zise sterilizate de medicii Primariei, care este gasita cu puroi si sange si care intra si in calduri. Asa fac autoritatile sterilizarile pe bani publici si apoi vor sa omoare cainii, fiindca sunt periculosi !!!???

Asociatiile de protectia animalelor, trebuie sa se mobilizeze si sa faca tot posibilul si chiar imposibilul, pentru a-i pune la zid si a-i trage la raspundere pe toti cei vinovati de atrocitatile savarsite in adapostul de caini din Unirea. 

Macar sa lupte pentru a stopa si a reusi sa opreasca pentru viitor astfel de grozavii, pentru ca animalele sa nu mai ajunga sa sufere, sa fie chinuite, iar ordinea si disciplina sa fie impuse in randul celor care gestioneaza acel adapost.

‘In the village Unirea – Braila there is a gathering of buildings so called the community dog shelter. Even before with 1 kilometer you approach the buildings an awful smell of infection and carrion strikes. In the one building we had access there were some tiny cells, dirty with muddy flours and in the air floated a horrifying smell. ALL the windows CLOSED, TOTAL DARKNESS.

Only from the door light you had the chance to see every cell full with 10-20 dogs and could read their desperation into their eyes. Mostly, especially on the right side, there were ill dogs, wet and dirty with excrements. At a look in the cells there were NO bowls with water, of food we cannot even speak of: NOT EVEN E PIECE OF BREAD. The dogs were sorted, females with females, puppies with puppies and males with males.

If you are human and have a chance to take a dog from there you will pick up a ball of fur full with dirt, with infected surgeries. You will hold into your arms a frightened dog, hungry, thirsty and emotionally marked for life. You take him, look into those people eyes and think which ones are the dogs and which ones are the human, and you go because you were able to retrieve your dog.

Then you find out that every dog that walks out of that shelter is sentenced to death. They are infected, probably because it is wanted to, with C HEPATITIS or Carre’s disease and who knows how many other diseases. Let’s make notice that for the adoption of an animal there you need to fill in tens of formalities to the public direction. It is sad but maybe the voice of many will be able to fix this, even you maybe.

Female dog spayed by the City Hall Braila and re-operated at a private veterinary clinic. It is one dog from the many so called “spayed” by the City Hall’s vets, found with infection and blood and in heat! This is how the authorities spay on public money and then they want to kill dogs because they are dangerous?

 The animal protection associations need to mobilize and do all that is possible even the impossible to find the guilty ones, to hold them responsible for all the atrocities done at the dog shelter from Unirea.

At least to fight to stop for the future such crimes, for the animals not to suffer anymore, not to be tortured in this way anymore and the order and discipline to be impelled to the ones who run this shelter.
