Aki si nevoile ei.Aki and her needs

Povestea ei a inceput cu o solicitare de ajutor.
„Buna ziua!

Va scriu pentru ca nu stiu incotro sa apuc, si am o situatie foarte trista. Am gasit o pisicuta mica, nu pare sa aiba mai mult de o luna, desfigurata – are barbia sfasiata de o rana adanca, arata ca o „a doua gura”.

Her story began with a request for help:

„Hello!
I am writing to you because I don’t know which way to go with this very sad situation I am in. I saw a kitten, not more than one month old, disfigured. She has her chin torn apart, a very deep wound, looks like a second mouth.

Poate deschide gura, mieuna si scoate limba, cred ca poate manca, iar rana nu mai sangereaza, dar este murdara, foarte umflata si plina de puroi. Din pacate nu am putut-o lua acasa din cauza familiei, si nici nu am putut-o duce la doctor pentru ingrijiri astazi, a trebuit sa o las unde am gasit-o, dar mi se rupe inima. Aveti un sediu la care as putea sa o aduc? O puteti ajuta?

Aki are mai mult de o luna si este este acum in grija noastra. Cand a fost adusa la City Vet, urla de dureri asa ca a fost necesar sa fie anesteziata pentru a fi consultata. Am oscilat intre eutanasie, tinand cont de faptul ca o parte din piele si buza inferioara nu mai sunt iar madibula e rupta si incercarea de a-i da o sansa chiar si asa. Am mers pe varianta ….incercam s-o salvam. 

Asa ca pisicutei i-a fost fixata mandibula si atat cat mai avea din piele i-a fost cusuta.

Asta s-a intamplat ieri pe la pranz. Aseara micuta dupa ce era bine trezita din anestezie, a mancat singura un plic si nu s-a vaitat deloc de dureri. Speram din tot sufletul sa nu apara complicatii si situatia sa evolueze in bine. 

Va rugam tineti-i pumnii frumoasei micute . 

Totodata va rugam sa ne ajutati financiar. ChipIn-ul destinat pisicutelor e aproape gol si ne este din ce in ce mai greu sa ne descurcam atat cu intretinerea celor existente de mult timp in grija noastra cat si cu salvarea altor pisicute aflate in situatii critice si mai ales cu sterilizarea lor. Va multumim inca o data pentru ajutorul dat animalutelor de care ne ocupam.She meows and she can pull out her tongue, I think she can eat and her wound is not bleeding anymore, but is swollen and infected. Unfortunately I couldn’t take her home because of my family and I couldn’t take her to a doctor today, I had to leave her where I found it but my heart is broken. Do you have a place where I can take her? Can you help her?

P.S I named her Aki.”

Aki, is more than a month old and now she is in our care. When she was brought to City Vet, she was screaming because of the pain so they had to anesthetize her for the consult. We oscillated between euthanasia and giving her a chance, because a part of her skin and her lower lip were missing and also the mandible was broken. We decided to try rescuing her.

She was operated, her mandible was fixed and her skin sewed up.

That happened yesterday afternoon. Last night after she woke up from anesthesia, she ate some wet food, all by herself, and she was not in pain anymore. We are hoping not to appear more complications and the situation will evolve well.
