Waldo a fost gasit de o doamna care ne-a cerut ajutorul, mai mult mort decat viu.
Motanul a fost ori lovit de masina ori batut crunt. Are un picior rupt, urechile sfasiate si nenumarate urme de batai cu alti motani pe fata. Nu se stie cat timp a zacut pe marginea drumului, nemiscat, pana cand cineva s-a oprit sa-l ajute.
Apoi am aflat ca Waldo a avut o stapana care avea mai multe pisicute. Stapana lui a murit si toate pisicile au fost aruncate in strada. De celelelate nu se mai stie nimic. 
Waldo a fost preluat de Asociatia pentru protectia animalelor Robi, internat la City Vet operat si castrat.
Dupa operatie Waldo se simte bine si s-a adaptat de minune noii situatii chiar daca viata intr-un spatiu mic nu-i de el. 
E un motanel bun, blajin si dornic de afectiune.Waldo was found by a lady who asked for our help and at that time he was very close to die.We do not know if he got hit by a car or he was beaten. He has a broken leg, his ears are injured and many scars on his face from getting in fights with other tomcats. We do not know for how long he was left on the side of the road until someone stopped and helped him. Then we found out that Waldo had an owner who had too many cats. The owner passed away and all the cats were throuwn on the streets. We have no information about the other cats. Waldo was taken by Robi’s Association for Animal Protection and he was hospitalized at City Vet clinic, where he was operated and castrated. After surgery, Waldo is feeling better and he ajusted so well to the new situation although he has to live in a tiny place. He is a good tomcat, sweet and in need of afection. In timp ranile i se vor vindeca, va putea fi spalat si cu siguranta se va transfoma intr-o frumusete de motan.
Pana atunci insa va mai dura si ne-ar prinde bine o mana de ajutor tinand cont de faptul ca nr cazurilor speciale a crescut cu mult peste puterea noastra de a ajuta din punct de vedere financiar.
