Edilii din Suceava nu au auzit de legea nr 9/2008?The mayors from Suceava didn’t hear about law number 9/2008?

Pentru ca nu se mai satura de bani si gestionarea cainilor fara stapani constituie pentru unii edili o sursa importanta de venit, alesii neamului REFUZA sa rezolve problema civilizat adica asa cum s-a rezolvat in toate tarile civilizate si anume pornind de la CAUZA ( prin identificarea animalelor cu stapan, inregistrarea si sterilizarea acestora obligatorie, impiedicand astfel abandonul deci micsorand riscul aparitiei de animale noi pe strazi), PRIVITI LA CE ORORI SE POATE AJUNGE.

These men chosen to be mayors refuse to solve this problem in a civilized manner like in other civilized countries meaning starting with THE CAUSE (identifying the animals with owners, register them and neuter them by law which would prevent the abandoned therefore there will be less animals on the streets).
