Mai este putin timp in care puteti face o alegere privind locul unde ajunge un procent din impozitul platit anual la stat.

Formularul trebuie depus la Administratia Financiara de care apartineti. Daca aveti buletin de Bucuresti, puteti sa le depuneti personal la Administratia Financiara. 
Daca nu aveti timp, sau aveti buletin de provincie, trebuie trimis prin posta prin Scrisoare Recomandata cu confirmare de primire (costa cam 5-6 lei). Pentru a avea garantia ca aceasta scrisoare va ajunge pana pe 27 Mai va rugam sa il depuneti astazi sau maine la posta.

! Daca aveti venituri si din alte surse (de exemplu drepturi de autor), va rugam sa completati formularul 200.

The form must be filed with the Financial Administration office to which you belong. If you have a Bucharest resident id (bulletin), you can file in person with the Financial Administration office.

If you do not have the time, or are not a resident of Bucharest, the form must be sent by REGISTERED mail with CONFIRMATION RECEIPT (the cost is approx. 5-6 lei). In order to guarantee that this letter will reach its destination by May 27, please send it out today or tomorrow. 

If you have income from other sources (such as author’s rights, etc.), please fill out form 200.
