Sterilizarea animalelor din curti ar trebui sa fie obligatorie?Neutering animals from people’s yards should be mandatory?

Cu ceva timp in urma catelusa unui gospodar din sectorul 4, Bucuresti, Romania fiind in calduri a iesit pe strada s-a cuplat si curand puii ei vor fi abandonati nu se stie unde ( cand a fost intrebat ce va face cu puii, proprietarul catelusei a afirmat ca stie el unde o sa-i duca). De cel putin o saptamana ne rugam de gospodar si sotia acestuia sa ne dea cele doua cateluse nesterilizate la sterilizat si acestia desi ne-au promis ca le vor da, azi cand m-am dus sa iau o catelusa, dumnealor au binevoit sa nu fie acasa.Some time ago a householder dog from District 4, Bucharest, Romania, had estrous and went out on the street and hooked up with another dog. For at least a week we are praying the householder and his wife to give us the two un-neutered female dogs to sterilized them, although they promised to give us the dogs today, today when I went to get the female dog, they were not home.  Am plecat cu coada intre picioare si cu durere-n suflet pentru soarta puilor nenascuti ce vor fi abandonati pe vre-un camp de memernicul de om care nu face pentru prima data asta. Are in curte cinci catei nesterilizati si pisicute tot nesterilizate, asa ca va lasam sa faceti un mic calcul. Daca cele doua cateluse nasc de doua ori pe an cate cinci pui asta inseamna ca doar intr-un an pot sa apara pe strazi 20 de animalute sau mai multe DOAR DIN CURTEA UNUI GOSPODAR.
Pe strada gospodarului sunt inca 5 caini dintre care doua cateluse gestante ( azi le-am vazut si maine speram sa le putem captura si steriliza), care dorm sub cerul liber si primesc hrana din mila unor oameni. Altii insa i-ar vrea morti. 

In concluzie dragi prieteni credeti ca o vom scoate vreodata la capat daca proprietarii de caini si pisici nu vor fi obligati prin lege sa si-i sterilizeze?

Noi suntem convinsi ca sterilizarea OBLIGATORIE este singura solutie care va duce la micsorarea nr. de animale fara stapan.

Ati sesizat vreodata primarilor dv. sa ia masuri de stopare a abandonunlui din proprietate privata pe domeniul public?

On the householder street are another 5 dogs, including two pregnant dog (we saw it today and tomorrow we will try to capture and sterilize them), who are sleeping in the outdoors and get food from the mercy of people. But other people would want then dead.

In conclusion my friends, you think that we will get along well from this situation if the dog and cat owners are not forced by the law to sterilize them?
We are convinced that mandatory sterilization is the only solution that will lead to decrease the number of animals without master.
